Concealed Carry Concepts is designed specifically for women who are considering or currently practicing concealed carry and want to develop safe, practical, and realistic solutions that fit their body type, lifestyle, and daily clothing choices.
This is a structured, supportive class that focuses on helping students build confidence in everyday carry habits, decision-making, and situational awareness. Students will learn how to evaluate different carry methods, configure holsters, and safely draw, shoot, and reholster in a controlled environment.
This course emphasizes finding what works for you personally, not a one-size-fits-all approach.
Prior pistol experience is recommended but not required.

Holster selection: fit, retention, clips, and comfort
Setting up a holster or bag for your body type
Safe draw from concealment
Safe reholstering techniques
Dry fire fundamentals from concealment
Live-fire practice from concealment
Reloading considerations for concealed carry
Situational awareness and mindset
Basic legal considerations related to self-defense
Common concealment mistakes and how to avoid them
Confidence-building through coached repetition
Semi-automatic pistol (9mm recommended)
2–3 magazines
Eye protection and ear protection (required)
Closed-toe shoes
Comfortable everyday clothing
Holster(s) or carry systems if already owned (not required)
Students will have the opportunity to try multiple carry methods provided during class. Please contact the instructor in advance to coordinate equipment needs if necessary.
Minimum: 150 rounds
Suggested: 200 rounds
Eye and ear protection
Attire suitable for forecasted weather conditions
Closed-toe shoes
Comfortable clothing appropriate for concealed carry
Plenty of hydration and light snacks
Notebook and pen (optional for note-taking)

Please note that Concealed Carry Concepts is designed to help students safely explore and develop their personal concealed carry setup. Prior experience is helpful but not required. This course builds upon foundational pistol skills and introduces real-world concealed carry application.
All class fees are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend your scheduled class, your payment will be converted into a credit that may be applied toward a future Rooftop Shooting Academy class.
