Key Skills / Learning Focus:
Movement control and efficiency
Shooting while moving
Position entries and exits
Non-standard shooting positions
Single-handed shooting and manipulations
Subjects / Syllabus:
Movement Fundamentals: short to long distance movement, moving safely with a firearm, balancing aggression vs. control, mounted and dismounted movement, understanding effects on sights
Exits, Entries, and Positioning: getting in and out of position, establishing movement control for optimal shooting, reverse-engineering position entries, handling different target difficulties
Shooting on the Move: grip and vision during movement, upper/lower body independence, sight management, visual and physical tracking, sight confirmation while moving, optimizing body mechanics
