Outside Instructors must meet all of the following criteria to utilize a bay at Rooftop Shooting Range:
Bay Rental Requirement (Weekends) Outside instructors are required to rent a bay at the following rates:
Tactical Bay:$500 per day, per bay
Rifle Bay:$750 per day, per bay
All bay rental fees are paid by the instructor, not individual students.
Bay rental must be confirmed and paid a minimum of two (2) weeks in advance of the scheduled class date.
Bay availability is not guaranteed until full payment is received.
Class Size Limit Classes are limited to a maximum of twelve (12) students per day.
Classes exceeding 12 students will incur an additional $50 per student, as the class will be required to utilize the range’s largest bay to safely accommodate the group.
Any additional student fees must be disclosed in advance and paid prior to the class date.
Insurance Requirements Instructors must carry valid liability insurance and name Rooftop Shooting Academy LLC as an Additional Insured. Proof of insurance must be provided no later than 48 hours prior to the class.
Scheduling & Coordination All training dates must be coordinated and approved by Peter Kim in advance to avoid conflicts with scheduled matches, events, or in-house training.
Instructors must provide class confirmation at least 2 weeks in advance.
Waivers All non-member students must complete the Rooftop Shooting Range liability waiver each day they are present at the range.
Unauthorized Training Any unauthorized or unapproved training activity conducted at Rooftop Shooting Range will result in immediate removal and an indefinite ban from the property. No exceptions.
