Rifle Foundations 101 (RF101)
Rifle Foundations 101 is a comprehensive course designed to build your semi-automatic rifle marksmanship skills from the ground up. This program focuses on the essential skills needed for each student to enhance their performance, confidence, and competence with the carbine platform.
By connecting each skill area with practical application and a data-driven, analytical approach, this course ensures that you not only grasp each element individually but also understand how these elements work together to improve your overall shooting performance and expedite your personal development with the rifle.
The foundational skills of stance and mount, vision, trigger control, and recoil management form the basis for all advanced rifle performance. Once these core principles are established, shooters will develop additional skills, such as confirmation, transitions, distance management, movement, and positional shooting. Key rifle manipulations, including reloads, malfunction management, and equipment setup, are also fully integrated into the training progression.

Stance and mount: rifle grip, stock placement, body structure, posture
Vision: target focus, sight alignment, optic usage, mental engagement
